order and cancellation policy

every order is baked fresh to order specifically for you, which means we begin sourcing and preparing as soon as your order is confirmed. because of this, all sales are final once an order is placed.

if you need to cancel or change an order, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your selected delivery date. cancellations requested before this window are eligible for a refund or store credit. once an order moves inside the 48 hour window, it has entered production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

we deliver to the date, address, and instructions you provide at checkout. please make sure these details are correct before completing your order. if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, missing building access information, or no available on-site contact, we are unable to offer a refund or redelivery.

if anything is wrong with your order when it arrives, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
